HVAC Division Manager
The Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) division Manager will have many responsibilities that contribute to the overall growth strategy of Campbell’s Plumbing and Heating. The role responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Generating and executing the HVAC division strategy.
- Recruiting, training, and developing employees.
- Developing sales targets and tracking performance to those targets.
- Maintaining healthy customer relationships.
- Scheduling employees and customers.
- Supporting project estimate processes.
- Working alongside contractors and customers to provide excellent experience.
People who are successful in this role are those who are self-motivated, “fire in your belly” types who engage effectively with others and communicate clearly and reliably. This Manager need to be able to think on his/her feet and see the “big picture.” This person needs to be eager to learn, problem solve, and set high expectations for himself/herself and for others. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and is a career position with opportunity for vertical career growth and advancement.
